    Have you tried?
    1. Bumping up the thumbnail size
    2. Enabling “Generate missing thumbnail sizes”

    Thank you!
    I tried it and it displayed beautifully on my PC.
    But on mobile the pictures are blurry as before.
    Is there a solution?

    The images should be the same on mobile. Are you sure all your browser and site caches have been cleared?

    Yes!
    All caches are cleared.
    Should the thumbnail size be set to 700×400?
