    So, am I to understand even though the admin panel back end allows you to place images in the body of the content and they will even show to the administrator in the front end plugin in the body of the content, when members go to view the document it shows a broken link for the image. I can even edit the document in the front end, edit the image in the body and update the link to the media file and it still doesn’t work.
    So there is no way using BuddyPress Docs to have images in the actual body content?
    That seems very limiting especially when you need a chart or graph to illustrate a point.

    Correct, we do not support inline images. We do support adding attachments.

    I would like to add here that if you use a TinyMCE editor plugin, like “Advanced Editor Tools”, you can insert images and get a lot more editing tools.
