# Image/Media Uploader problems?

 * Hi,
 * I have done everything that has been advised, and I still cannot get the simple
   Media manager to show up at the top of the write post pages next to the visual
   and html tabs. I simply have nothing there that will allow me to add images/video
   to my posts.
 * Can someone please figure out what the heck the problem is and put in a fix for
   this.
 * I have upgraded twice, deleting everything (except for my wp-content folder) 
   and had everything simply overwrite when it was extracted. This is a serious 
   problem that needs a resolution immediately.

 * Correction!! When I switch to fullscreen mode the media manager buttons appear,
   but when I click on them, the screen just turns grey and sits there and does 
   nothing.
 * This happens in both firefox and IE. So what the heck is the problem here? This
   is really really bad!!
