• The ImageManager plugin integrates the stand alone PHP ImageManager + Editor with WordPress.
No edits to the WordPress source is required.
Just extract the ImageManager.zip into your WordPress plugins directory, follow the instructions in the configuration tool (accessible from the Plugins page) and then Activate it.
The plugin replaces the img quicktag, so .. to use it, click on the img quicktag.
BTW, bugs in the plugin I can fix, but bugs in PHP ImageManager + Editor you have to report at http://www.zhuo.org/htmlarea/
This is my first WordPress plugin, so please be nice 🙂

  • Great plug-in mate
All seem to work ok but I get this error in the /wp-content/plugins/ImageManager/configure/settings.php
Warning: main(dumpform.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/Test/wp-content/plugins/ImageManager/configure/settings.php on line 60
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘dumpform.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/nf/lib/php’) in /www/Test/wp-content/plugins/ImageManager/configure/settings.php on line 60
Also is there a way to create popup thumbnails useing this?

I forgot to remove my debug code. It’s removed now, please download the ImageManager.zip again.
I’ll look into creating popup thumbnails (good idea btw).

    Thanks!

Popup is now possible, install the ImageManger.zip and configure it (see above). Save ImageManagerPopUp.php as ImageManager.php in your plugins directory, activate it.
When you use this plugin, it will insert the thumbnail into your page and when you click the thumbnail, the orginal image will pop up.
I will soon merge the two plugins, allowing you to select if you want popup via the configuration tool.

    Great plugin!
I feel the separate configuration screen is not quite working (I have server error about the script using a session side-effect in older version of PHP). But to configure it by hand is pretty easy, to most, I hope.
    Cheers

Could you please post the error message ? I use session vars to store the form variables, it might not be the correct way of doing it in PHP (I’m rather new at PHP coding (speak other languages like c#,vb,c,c++,perl, tcl fluent))

This plug in is just so perfect! I hope it get more wellknown cause it is so good!
i installed it on my moms blog and even she liked it 🙂

Andreas: tack sÃ¥ mycke, eller tusen takk som vi sier i Norge 🙂
pb: I’m looking into this problem, I guess it’s my javascript.

Hi, I just installed this plugin and I keep getting this error, depending on my action.
When I click on “Advanced Editing” I get this (nothing else shows up afterwards):
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/intrinz/public_html/sulwyn/wp-content/plugins/ImageManager.php:180) in /home/intrinz/public_html/sulwyn/wp-admin/post.php on line 148
When I click on “Delete post” I get this (my LJ plugin shows up afterwards but that’s all):
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/intrinz/public_html/sulwyn/wp-content/plugins/ImageManager.php:180) in /home/intrinz/public_html/sulwyn/wp-admin/post.php on line 476
Also, when I add a photo, all it does is add a text link, and then takes me to an internal server error.
I have no idea what’s going on 🙁 Please help?

    WP: Latest version
    – Hacked… probably badly by me… I used on LJ hack then removed it, but the “Update LJ” checkbox is still available on the post.php, even though it’s not useable. That’s the only thing left behind though. Other than that, I followed all instructions for the other LJ hack I used and it works fine. Maybe I badly hacked the Image Manager program
    – Plugins activated, yes
    – I can’t get into Advanced Editing to try, now that it’s activated… I’m not really sure what htmlarea editor is (except maybe you mean the textbox with all the buttons across the top with I, B, image etc. buttons)
    – I believe it’s running PHP not in safe mode
    – Javascript enabled, yes
    – No javascript error
However, now when I try to log into my journal, I get these errors:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/intrinz/public_html/sulwyn/wp-content/plugins/ImageManager.php:180) in /home/intrinz/public_html/sulwyn/wp-admin/auth.php on line 37

Which plugins are you running? Are you able to view the html source on the page with the errors ?
If you are, could you please mail me the html source?

    Thanks, PerS, email sent.

Just wondering if you’d had a chance to look at this yet?
