 * Hi, I’m getting this notice on the plugin setting page, is this anything to be
   worried about, or just an optional thing?
    Also how do I verify on the front 
   end side that the plugin really works? thanks

 * it’s optional, and only used if you enable conversion AND don’t have GD
 * Run a page test from any one of the dozens of speed tests out there: Google pagespeed,
   Yahoo yslow, etc.
 * Then optimize all your images, and run it again.
