Imagebrowser Not Loading

    I had another thread but this is a separate issue: as it says in the title, the imagebrowser is not loading. Clicking a thumbnail goes to the image.jpg rather than its respective page.

    In the settings, Ajax is off. View is legacy.

    However, changing any of these thigns, choosing a specific template from the drop down as a default, etc, all leads to nothing.

    HELP!

    FWIW, when I use the Imagely provided editor and add it like this:
    [ngg src=”galleries” ids=”73″ display=”basic_thumbnail” template=”PATH/TO/TEMPLATE.php”]

    It still does not load the image browser when I click the image.
    Use Ajax is off.
    Use imagebrowser effect is checked YES
    Select view is LEGACY
    and one of my templates loads.

    However, when I choose default-view.php it doesn’t load either.

    Can you please try to use this shortcode and let us know if it allows using ImageBrowser effect:

    [ngg src="galleries" ids="1" display="basic_thumbnail" use_imagebrowser_effect="1"]

    I do apologize for using my own gallery ID. Perhaps you don’t have ant gallery with ID nr 1.

    Can you please try to use this shortcode?

    [ngg src="galleries" ids="73" display="basic_thumbnail" use_imagebrowser_effect="1"]

    Yes, I changed it to my gallery ID. The imagebrowser did not load.

    Important to note here that we’ll be unable to provide with any help regarding any of the custom views/templates.
