Image won't show up in table

I am creating a table and am having trouble with this line:

<img src= “http://www.valeriehector.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/minikitesterling.jpg” border=”0” alt=”Sterling Silver Mini-Kite”/>

The link works but the image will not appear. As far as I can tell it is exactly the same as other entries of the table which have worked just fine. Any insight into why this code won’t work?
