  • I recently restored my downed blog into WP 1.5 after migrating from MT. My former web host had suffered a major amjor meltdown and then went bankrupt, all without telling me until one morning my site just did not appear.

In the migration to WP I used an old backup MT file to get most of the entries back and the rest I manually re-posted from backup text files I had had of them. I also followed the WP Codex’s restoring backup databases recommendations through MyPHP. Most of the posts are now back up and working, but one post, no matter how many times I go over the HTML in the WP editing window, just doesn’t call up the ,jpg file I link the post to. All the atrributes are correct, but nothing happens. Could it be the old database interfering? If so what can I do to work the problem out?
