# Image with text hyperlink

 * I am working on a website – [http://arclabshouston.com](http://arclabshouston.com)
   and I want the images at the bottom of the page to hover with inner rounded blue
   background and white text over the picture. I want it to be similar to bottom
   images on [http://www.arclabs.edu/](http://www.arclabs.edu/)
 * Can someone help me with this situation
