Image url incorrect

Hi

When copying a post the URL is not matching the copied image. For example, the original url is:
http://www.uspire.co.uk/network/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2016/03/Uspire-Launch-Photo-for-web-1024×237.png

This changes correctly to:
http://www.uspire.co.uk/group/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2017/03/Uspire-Launch-Photo-for-web-1024×237.png

The copied URL matches but the image location moved into Media is:
http://www.uspire.co.uk/group/wp-content/uploads/sites/8/2017/03/Uspire-Launch-Photo-for-web.png

Resulting in a broken image. It looks like the original image is being moved but the image referenced in the post is actually a resized version and this is not being copied across. I have tried regenerating thumbnails on both sites before and after copying but this has not helped.

Any advice is much appreciated as I have many posts to duplicate and would like to avoid changing the urls manually.
