    Hey Pete,

    Unfortunately, this could be related to any number of things:

    • It could be a theme issue
    • It could be a conflicting plugin
    • It could be a style issue
    • It could be a core problem with the plugin itself

    I don’t personally support IE7 in any of my work any more because the browser is so old. That said, I don’t like to leave users hanging so if you need some custom development specifically for IE7, feel free to shoot me a note.

    Hi Tom,
    Reading your answer I realized that IE7 was a typo, should be IE9. However, I understand the problem can be related to a lot of different things. I’ll try using your plugin with another theme and deactivate some plugins, perhaps that will give an indication of where to look for a solution.
