Image uploads freeze WP | WordPress.org

I am using Nextgen Version 2.0.76 and Nextgen Plus Version 1.1.3

When doing uploads the system freezes after a portion of the upload is done. I cannot log out of WP. Nothing is accessible. I have made no other changes besides upgrades to WP to 4.1.1. This has happened after the upgrade to latest Nextgen plugins.

If I wait another 5-10 minutes and log back in I can see that SOME of the images were uploaded. Usually less than half.

I have been having the same problem, with the latest versions of WP and NextGEN – working in Firefox. I found that if I deleted domain cookies everything went back to normal.

Thanks kgrant3. I have worked around this by using a ZIP file. I don’t use Firefox for WordPress updates.
