Been getting an additional error:
“The uploaded file could not be moved to /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/teehunter.com/httpdocs/wp-content.”
Any thoughts please?
I have been getting the same error.
The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/sales/domains/calfapietra.com/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2009/11.
What do I do ?
What settings do you have on your Admin > Settings > Miscellaneous page?
store uploads in this folder wp-content/uploads Default is wp-content/uploads
this is ticked Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders
I am getting the error.
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1725 bytes) in /home/darrin45/public_html/wp-admin/includes/image.php on line 147
This is really frustrating.
Never mind. I just increased the memory allocation on line 147 from 256 to 512 and it worked.
Getting back to my error ? Can anyone help ?
Some plugins require the /wp-content/ folder be made writeable. This was the problem. By right clicking on the config.php then make the file writeable.
Item resolved.
i have been having similar problems – when i try to upload an image i get the message “The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/creative-catalyst.com/httpdocs/make-shift/wp-content/uploads.” & if i try to do it with the browser uploader, it just says there was an error uploading it.
i’ve set all the permissions on the upload, wp-content directories & config.php to 777/writeable; & i’ve created the .htaccess file recommended in another forum post about image problems – but nothing makes any difference. i’ve checked the settings & the filepath is to the uploads folder.
i’ve just used the automatic upgrade thing so the site is at the latest version.
