Image uploader problem with 3.0

    Just upgraded to 3.0, and when I click the upload image button in a post, the image upload page loads by itself instead of as a pop-up window. I can upload the image file, but after that the page goes blank and the image isn’t inserted into my post. This doesn’t seem to be covered by the sticky thread. Help!

    I’m using FF 3.6.3 on a Mac.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the available memory?

    – ensuring that you have javascript enabled in your browser.

    I have the same problem yesterday. I think it is the version 3 that needs to have apatch for this problem since I also found someone else posted in WordPress.com with the same problem after installing the Version 3. We need help, I have so much entry on my blog and I don’t know to re-install my plug-ins, do I lost my entries too?

    Same problem. Currently unable to upload any media.
