Three days ago, I wanted to upload a picture using media upload and received “FILENAME failed to upload due to an error. Failed to write to disk error” message. * My maximum upload file size in my php.ini is: 250mb. I have cleaned up the temp and tmp directories with no success. * I have tried unsuccessfully to find a solution online.
