# Image Upload Problem

 * Hello,
 * Thanks for your time in putting this together!
 * I went through all past threads and can’t seem to find a solution.
 * When I click Upload, once I’ve selected an image, it simply goes to a blank white
   page. No confirmation, no error message, just white. When I go back into Logo
   Slider nothing has uploaded.

 * Hmm interesting one. Here are some suggestions:
 * 1. Update your WP core as 3.3.1 is a bit old now
 * 2. Make sure you’re running latest version of Logo Slider plugin too
 * 3. Test and make sure file permissions are all good. Can you upload from the 
   regular media library by the way?
 * 4. If other steps dont work, please deactivate all your other plugins and switch
   to the default twentytwelve theme for further troubleshooting
