    Hi @delythchandler,

    We have tested importing with your image URL in our test environment and it was working fine. The issue you are facing might be due to thumbnails failing to regenerate which results in not displaying the image with the product. Please try regenerating the thumbnails from Woocommerce>Status>Tools>Regenerate.

    If the issue still persists share us the CSV and import log via support. You can find the import log from Woocommerce>Status>Logs.

    My Woocommerce 3.5.4 install has no such thing as regenerate. Is there another option?

    Hi @sportsdoggy,

    Normally the Regenerate thumbnail option can be found under Woocommerce>Status>Tools>Regenerate. You can try using other third-party plugin’s with which you can regenerate the thumbnails manually such as Regenerate Thumbnails by Alex Mills.
