Image Upload not popup and no html tab

    hi..
    recently if im trying to post new entry i cant upload an image..
    once click to add image, usually it will popup new window for me to upload and add into post.. but this time it will open the uploader in the same post window.. tried to open in new tab.. upload success but when click add to post.. no image added into my post form..
    my html editor tab oso unclickable.. o
