# image upload issue

 * I am getting the following message when I try to upload images: Unable to create
   directory /home/teamblow/public_html/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/01. Is its 
   parent directory writable by the server?
 * As best I can tell everything else has been working correctly, and I’m able to
   post, but this appears to be a permission issue? Or is there something wrong 
   in the upload path?
 * Help!! Thanks

 * Check to see if the uploads subdirectory is set to 755 permissions.

 * I just checked on my server, and it is set to 755.
 * Any other suggestions?

 * Sorted it out. The solution was to set the folder to “777” permissions on my 
   server. Now it seems to be working.
