Image Upload freeze

    Hi there,

    I have a clean out of box WP 3.9.1 running on CentOS.

    My problem is:

    Using “A” ISP broadband
    1. upload a jpg (5.3MB) to Media Library: OK
    2. upload a pdf (6.4MB) to Media Library: OK

    Using “B” ISP broadband
    1. upload the same jpg to Media Library: Not OK
    2. upload a small jpg file (<1MB) to Media Library: OK
    3. upload the same pdf to Media Library: OK

    The upload froze at 3% for 1 hour, and I checked the upload speed at “B” broadband is normal. No “https” is running on my installation

    Any Idea?
