# Image upload error

 * When trying to upload an image to a post, keep getting the same error message,“
   Specified file failed upload test” regardless of image format. Additionally, 
   even if an image that already has been uploaded is selected, when I go to preview
   it does not appear. Is WordPress trying to resolve this issue? Has been a problem
   for at least 8 hours for multiple users, not just myself.

 * I’m not sure what that means (php.ini) but nothing has changed – it worked to
   upload images for years and suddenly both myself and another person are having
   problems.

 * I have corrected this part of the problem: “Additionally, even if an image that
   already has been uploaded is selected, when I go to preview it does not appear.”–
   it appears; it is just the upload error with new images.
