    Hello,
I am trying out your Connections Plugin to see if it will suit our needs and all ready have a concern. I have logos all ready uploaded to my Media Folder in WordPress. When I go to add entry and select Logo and select Browse I would expect to be taken to my Media folder in WordPress – instead it takes me to my File Upload to grab it from off my computer. Why does not “Browse” direct me to my Media folder?

    Thank You,
    Ruth

Many users (of private directories) have databases that contain thousands of entries. Having that many photos/logos in the Media library will negatively affect WP performance (meaning, slow it down) and make the Media Library nearly unable due to the large amount of images. Also Connections creates an image cache of size variations on demand further ensure as optimal load time as possible vs sending unnecessarily higher res images and without the need to use a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails to be run if image sizes are changed. So for performance and usability reasons images are not stored in your Media Library.

    I hope this helps!

OK – Thank You for the explanation.
