# Image upload delay

 * Hi. There seems to be a delay when subscribers upload images. It takes about 
   2 minutes for the their image to display in their post. Is there a way to disable
   this? Image Auto Display is set to Auto-display before post content.

 * It sounds like something is interfering with normal functionality. The best way
   to determine the issue is to do some basic [troubleshooting of your plugins and themes](https://perishablepress.com/how-to-troubleshoot-wordpress/).
   Also check your site’s error log, to see if there is any error.
