    Hi @jjburton,

    This doesn’t occur on my test system. I think it may have to do with your install is not resizing post thumbnails. But you can use the following CSS to set the max width of the popup image:

    p.msg img {
    max-width: 350px;
    }

    Point 2 is possible with customisation. If you are a pro user of the plugin, please email me: info@northernbeacheswebsites.com.au for an estimate. Or you can modify the code at around line 402 of idea-list-items.php.
