# Image Spam

 * Lately, I am getting a lot of SPAM that seem to be comments on images in the 
   Media Library.
 * Is there a way to prevent comments on images?
 * I’m running version 4.9.8

   and disable comments on attachments.

 * Thank you for the quick response.
 * I have bbPress and bbPress Moderation istalled…to manage a forum.
 * If I install the Disable Comments plugin, will it prevent people from adding 
   new comments to bbPress and/or replying to existing comments?
