I want to enlarge the thumbnail image to fit into the rectangular frame of the job listings. How can I achieve this?Many thanks!

The Pro Pack add-on adds an option in the settings to choose the size of the featured image.
If you are familiar with WordPress code customizations, then you can also use awsm_jobs_featured_image_content hook for customizing the featured image content.
