 * Hi – can you tell me the best size or ratio for images. Most portrait shots are
   portrait rather than landscape – which doesnt seem to work well.
 * So far I can only get the plugin to display a landscape and truncated version
   of my team. So two questions:
 * Can I get the plugin to show ALL of the portrait images?
    If not, what dimensions
   are the best for the image?
 * Many thanks
 * Michele

 * Thanks for your post,
 * Since we don’t know what size best fit for others we do not control the thumbnail
   size, you can do yourself.
 * Here is you can the premium version screenshot [http://i.imgur.com/8ZZSIrz.png](http://i.imgur.com/8ZZSIrz.png)
 * See the option “**Grid item thumbnail max Height(px).**” you can use this via
   custom CSS box in Free version the option not available
 * you can use following CSS for, changes the value 180px as your needs.
 *     ```
       .team-thumb {
         max-height: 180px !important;
       }
       ```
