 * I use an IPad Air to do my wordpress and have trouble with the image size always
   being too large. What app can anyone suggest to resize my image, easily?

 * If you mean you want to resize an image in order to upload it to a WordPress 
   site, I use the Plugin “Resize images before upload” which allows you to set 
   the maximum file size that gets uploaded.
