 * Hi [@artemmirum](https://wordpress.org/support/users/artemmirum/),
 * You’ll want to check what is the size of the image that is actually being displayed
   on the website (not the size of the image you _uploaded_).
 * To do this, you can right-click on one of the images, and select to open the
   image in a new tab: [http://cld.wthms.co/TESEij](http://cld.wthms.co/TESEij)
 * Then, on the new tab that was opened, check what the actual resolution of that
   image is: [http://cld.wthms.co/4JmAaz](http://cld.wthms.co/4JmAaz)
 * I’m using Chrome on those screenshots, but the actual location of the options/
   information may vary according to the browser.
 * It’s possible that the theme is configured to crop the images upon uploading,
   and the size of those crops might be too small for the spaces that the theme
   has designated for images.
 * A third-party plugin like [Simple Image Sizes](https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/)
   can help you check what are the different image sizes for uploaded pictures,
   and you can also change them there.
 * As a sidenote: You mentioned you were using _Storefront Pro_. Do you perhaps
   mean [Proshop, the Storefront child theme](https://woocommerce.com/products/proshop/)?
   If you have an active license for this theme, and you keep having trouble, you
   can submit a ticket request at WooCommerce.com. Login to the account you used
   to purchase this theme there, and head to the support page:
