• Hi,

I’m still using version 3.2.1 and everything was fine until recently when I noticed that new images uploaded to my site were being resized (to 91% of the original in both the horizontal and vertical directions). Images already on the site were unaffected. So I did a search and found that the ‘Imsanity’ plug-in does exactly this. The problem is that I have not installed nor enabled this plug-in. Could it be that version 3.3.1 has somehow enabled this plug-in automatically? If not, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I need to do? Thanks.

  • Imsanity has not been added to the core WordPress. That would be interesting for me if it was!

There are settings for Media that control how WordPress will generate the large/medium/thumbnail sizes. But to my knowledge the stock WordPress does not alter your original image.

    Thanks for that.

In your opinion is the problem more likely to be associated with the flash upload setting?

I can’t really say – I’ve never experienced what you describe. You probably will get a more educated answer in the main WordPress forum rather than here on the Imsanity plugin forum.

Admin – could you move this thread to the main forum as verysimple suggests, please?
