I’m just setting this up and experimenting with the plugin. I created a question which featured 4 images (the plugin shows these as Mark Zuckerberg etc). The question displayed correctly at first, but those images have now disappeared and the answer options are blank. Mark Zuckerberg and his colleagues are also no longer showing on the admin side.
I also have a problem with text wrapping, instead of filling the available area?

It appears that caching is enabled on the site, which is likely contributing to the issue, particularly affecting the images. See the screenshot below:
So, please clear all the caches and exclude the link, where the shortcode of the plugin is located. After clearing caches, please check the case with different browsers or an Incognito Mode.

Thanks for the suggestion, however it doesn’t explain why only the question with multiple images is not displaying correctly, while all other images are?
However, I temporarily disabled caching and tested with another browser on a different device, but the problem still remains.
Please take screenshots of the following tabs mentioned in the screenshot of the questions that are experiencing this issue and send them to us for further checking.
You can see that the four images are visible on the question page, (image 2) but when the quiz is launched, the area is blank (image 3). Also, in the 1st image, the defaut images of Mark Zuckerberg etc have also disappeared.
