The quality of images on my website has become SEVERELY degraded recently despite the fact that I have made no changes. I notice that you now have new ownership — did default settings in the plugin change? What could be causing this? Images on my website look like sh*t now, pixelated, almost like I took small images and enlarged them. This is not acceptable. WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache is the only caching plugin I have and I use no image optimizing plugins alongside it.

    Hi @pog2020,
this plugin does not perform any image optimization whatsoever. This is a pure page caching plugin and it does not optimize any static assets. To optimize static assets we always recommend using other plugins like AUtoptimize.

The only way to do image optimization on Cloudflare is to go with Cloudflare Pro and use the Polish service of Cloudflare. But then again this plugin does not optimize any images, it just makes sure everything is cached properly and served over Cloudflare CDN.

As you have not shared any URL I could not check further on what was optimization your images, but that surely isn’t this plugin.
