Image or element at top of sliders

    Hi there, is there a way to have an image at top of all sliders and to not move it or have any effect on it? Right now I placed an image by activating the slide info but two things happens, because my top image is the same size but transparent I can’t access the slider arrows and it fades with each slider, so if there’s a way to add some kind of layer or something that is fixed and doesn’t move that would be great, thanks!
