Image optimization too long

    Hi,

    I have a problem with images optimization. When I started about 1.5 week ago today have 20%. I see images failed, send a lot images but effect is poor.

    I made a screen how it looks like:

    Hi @kamilmajorek,

    Did you install any firewall/Cloudflare recently? If yes, please follow https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscwp:image-optimization#server_list to add the whitelist.

    Also, please try to Clean Up Unfinished Data > Reset IAPI Key > Send Optimization Data to see does getting better?

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply. It helped me a lot.
    But still have a problem when try to send optimization Request, sometimes has in comunicate like “Images failed to fetch: 34 groups (88 images)” and i supose that blocking me all optimization.
    Do you have any idea?

    Could you please provide your Report Number, found in WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report.

    I found few images get error on the img optm engine (wp-content/uploads/2019/05/yet-another-unicorn-free-crochet-pattern,
    wp-content/uploads/2019/05/pony-free-crochet-pattern)

    May I know does the optm rate improved(>20%) after those steps?

    I don’t anderstand what steps do you mean?

    I see those images in back office, optimized first WebP 37% Orig. 5% and second WebP 26% Orig. 3%.

    Optimization it is still blocking. At this moment have 34%. But 4 % made since monday.

    Thanks for the update, so the optimization process keeps working but due to the images error the process will be slow but it’s not a bug.

    We will improve the image optimization engine in v3, please try on it later to see does it get improved.

    Do you have any privileges to unblock my optimization?
    I asked because still have a problem, in my opinion failed images are blocking optimizations.

    Sorry that we cannot manipulate the status on images server.

    By the way, can you try to turn ON Cloudflare > Caching > Development Mode for a moment and re-run img optm to see does the same error occurred? Because the fetching error usually caused by Cloudflare.

    Hi,

    thanks for the answer.
    We uninstalled this plugin before starting optimization.
    He earned 1% in one day, which is very frustrating.
