    Hello, I’m having a problem with image optimization on a production server. It simply doesn’t work and it seems to be stuck for the past couple of weeks.

    We have a similar configuration on a test server and everything works perfectly there, no issues whatsoever.

    Report Number is WYKZGAYN

    I’ve tried destroying all optimizations and I had restarted the process a couple of times, but the end result is the same: only a few percentages of the groups are gathered. The limit for Send Optimization request stays at 1 and every time I request a new image I get the message: You have too many requested images, please try again in a few minutes.

    Thanks and please let me know if you need more info from me,
    Ionut

  • Your website does not accept requests to /wp-json/litespeed/v1/notify_img, it simply gives a timeout.

    You have to ensure the site (or server) will accept traffic from IPs listed on https://quic.cloud/ips

    Currently if doing a request it results in the following:

    * Hostname <DOMAIN> was found in DNS cache
    *   Trying 82.79.xxx.xxx...
    * TCP_NODELAY set
    * connect to 82.79.xxx.xxx port 443 failed: Connection timed out
    * Failed to connect to <DOMAIN> port 443: Connection timed out
    * Closing connection 0
    curl: (7) Failed to connect to <DOMAIN> port 443: Connection timed out
