 * Hi,
 * After moving the site from Shared Hosting to Vultr found the image Optimization
   failed:
 * Quic.cloud regenerates the new pictures:

 * But in WP, there is no change:
 * [https://imgur.com/a/fJMlyCE](https://imgur.com/a/fJMlyCE)
 * Any Suggestions?

 * please make sure in QC -> domain -> setting ->server IP has updated to your new
   Vultr IP ?

 * 1. provide the report number , you can get it from toolbox -> report -> click“
   send to LiteSpeed”
 * 2. click “clean up unfinished data” and send again

 * 2. refresh the domain key
 * 3. clean up and send it again

 * this is weird, I can’t even find any log on image server about your request.

 * Found msg in quick.cloud message:
 * Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images
    Unable to notify WordPress to
   pick up images from node 163.182.174.161. Check QUIC.cloud IPs are whitelisted
   at the firewall.
 * Tried to add 163.182.174.161 to Vultr’s firewall group rule, so what’s the Protocol&
   Port?

 * but please try , TCP , port 443
