# Image Optimization Not Working

 * Hi, this issue I am facing since long. Tried all the things, from disabling &
   reinstalling plugins to correcting IPs, etc. but no luck. When I send images 
   for optimization, it always sends 1 image. No matter when I try again, it will
   either say, “You have too many requested images, please try again in a few minutes.”
   or “Pushed 1 image to Cloud server, accepted 1 image.” It never sends all images.
   Any help to resolve this is appreciated. Kindly note, my IP is same on website
   and QC settings.

 * Please confirm if you are still seeing only **1** as the limit.
   The limit will
   be increased after 3-4 successful image optimization requests.

   I see that there were at least 10 images sent to optimization yesterday(06.01.
   @mmkurhade 
   Number of image sent to optimization increase from 1, 2, 8 and 200(
   max).There is also a limit of requests that can be sent in 5 minutes.If you still
   see errors, please enable debug: [https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/troubleshoot/#turn-on-the-debug-log](https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/troubleshoot/#turn-on-the-debug-log)
   set to **Advanced**Clear Logs and send image to optimization(manually, to get
   data about what server is sending)Copy the logs and share them( you can use [https://pastebin.com/](https://pastebin.com/)
