    Hi,

I decided to give Image Optimization a try. I followed the first step and it appears that 9 images have been successfully optimized (webp version is also enabled) – please see http://prntscr.com/mrzxot.

Ok, now what? I don’t see these optimized pictures in my Media Library.

Do I need to do anything else in order to appear there (along with a custom column for choosing which version I want to be displayed for users) ?

    Thank you,

    Mike

    Hi,

Could you please enable advance debug log to your IP and server IP?

when debug log is enabled, then try do a optimization request , check the log see if it tells anything.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Do you still need help with this? If so, please let us know what you found out from the advanced debug log.

I’m going to mark this topic “Resolved” for now, but will re-open it if we hear from you again.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I didn’t find anything in the debug log, since the issue hasn’t occurred again.

It appears that it only hit me once, deleting (making blank) all pictures uploaded during November 2018. I have no idea why that happened.

So I did all the work again, re-uploaded the images and re-assigned them to their respective placements.

Hope I don’t see this issue again. I am more careful now when requesting optimization.

    So far, so good.

    Thanks.

Ok, thanks for letting us know. Hopefully that’s the last you see of that weird issue!
