Image Optimization Errors: Hash Does Not Match/No Auth Key
-
Running WordPress multisite. One of my sites is no longer able to use image optimization. It receives the following errors:
Failed to post via WordPress: "hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[2VuyTa08Yj6wJ3uK]" Failed to post via WordPress: "hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[Y4yqCte12JVChtQe]" Failed to post via WordPress: "no auth_key"
I tried to generate a report, but can’t send it. The send results in a similar error:
Failed to post via WordPress: "hash does not match: ClientCB[wrong passive callback] Server[DVSsCuLpFkYFlI3u]"
I tried resetting the IAPI key. I get a success message, but nothing image optimization related works. “Send,” “Cleanup,” and “Destroy” all produce the same errors.
It is likely related to a major site update I just did. I set everything up for the redesign on a second site using subdomain. When it was ready, I renamed and archived the old site and updated the DB to rename the new site to the old domain name. I had just done the same thing for a different domain on this multisite setup without issue, but I’m guessing something went wrong this time. In any case, it seems stuck now and I don’t see how to fix it. Help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
