Image optimization 1 group at time

    Hi,

    If that is your first or second attempt to optimize , it’s normal , first/second time it only sent small amount of image to ensure everything is fine , and then start to send out larger amount of images.

    Hello,

    Already clicked 13 times.

    Images optimized and pulled: 13 groups (51 images)

    Clicked one more time at “Send Optimization Request”:

    Pushed 1 group (3 images) to LiteSpeed optimization server, accepted 1 group (3 images).

    Is this normal?

    Hi,

    No , it’s not normal, something must went wrong.

    Please wait for this round as images got pulled , then click “update status” , and “send optimization” see how it goes.

    Did that, “update status” and “send optimization request”, still one group at time.

    Hi,

    Please try destroy all optimized image and re-start it from beginning see how it goes.

    If problem still persists , please submit a ticket here.

    Hello,

    Updated to version v2.6.4.1 and the issue is fixed.

    “Pushed 138 groups (500 images) to LiteSpeed optimization server, accepted 138 groups (500 images).”
