    have you enabled some option like Polish or Mirage from CloudFlare that could change the images on the fly ?

    I use Cloudflare but the free plan, therefore I don’t have any additional Image Optimization.

    For content optimization I have Brotli & Early Hints enabled. Rocklet Loader is off.

    okay , just to test , please keep cloudflare off for while , clean up unfinished data, and send again

    You mean temporarily bypass the cache in my Cloudflare database, or something else? As I’ve run out of Litespeed allowance for today I’ll try this tomorrow (May 7th) and report back if it works.

    I was thinking simply set the proxy OFF on CF dashboard , but I guess dev mode probably do it as well.

    you need to clean up unfinished data first, and then send request.

    Ok, I’ve tried again. Now I get a new error:

    Cloud Error: Please try after 3m 5s for service img_optm-new_req.

    However, the status message now reads “Images ready to request: 121 groups (611 images)” which is a big change from before. Here’s the image opt screen: https://snipboard.io/IzyCJc.jpg

    Does it sound as though I can’t use Litespeed cache to optimise images at the same time as Cloudflare?

    send req is easy part, now give it sometime, see if it will pull back optimized images

    Also, I saw a message saying I had no more allowance for the month, and the number of images I can request is back to 0. Is that literally the case – I won’t be able to optimize any more images in May?

    ideally , if CF did not modify the image alone the way , it should work with CF in front , otherwise it indicates something in CF changed image, and causes the original image md5sum value mismatch to the one our server downloaded

    no , just wait for next day , it will reset on daily basis
