    When i am sending an image to all outlook users. Its not showing directly. Its saying “Right click here to download pictures to help protect your privacy outlook…”. Please help em with this issue. I want users should see it without click on download it.

    Thanks for your message.

    This is a feature of Outlook and is most likely caused by a) Outlook thinking the messages are potential spam or b) a setting in Outlook that needs to be switched off. Unfortunately, I have no control over how an email app will interpret an email from within BNFW.

    Dear,

    I found the issue. Its because of Embbed method. I need to Embbed via CID. Can you please help how to Embbed via cid: image name

    You may need to find a developer that can help you with this as this is outside the scope of BNFW at this time.

    Dear,

    I used Advanced Custom Fields plugin and created a file custom field. Now i am able to see attachment in notification panel. But attached images not sending with notification. Please see below refer link. Please help how to sending notification with attached image

    Hi @ankitbnl406,
    BNFW doesn’t support attachments unfortunately.

    You can add custom fields to the BNFW > Edit screen but these can’t be included in notifications.
