image next to link in link menu?

    Hi there, I changed from MT to WP and I’m really glad it works 🙂
    I’ve searched the forums but couldn’t find an answer. problem is that I’d like to add a thumbnail picture to my links in the links-category(or one I’ve named) or linking the thumbnail directly. Does it matter if the link is still named at “Basics”? Because I put the right URLS in (I checked them), the link leads to an under category, the image Url is correct at “advanced”, but everytime I save it with the image, nothing happens.
    2nd problem: at MT I could save an entry as a draft and link it on my site anyway. I did this with the under categories shown in my menu which shouldn’t be shown on the front page or somewhere else in the weblog. I tried this with WP, but it can’t find the “offline”-entry… It doesn’t work either when saved as “private”. The only solution I have right now is to set the date of the entries on months before I actually started to blog…

    In the Link Manager screen, is using images checked for that category ?
    As for pt2 – I don’t know – sorry!

    Hi podz, thanks for your reply, now it works 🙂
    But how can I add a name to my link-image? I chose to show the description of the link, but you can only see it when you go across the image… I’d like to have the name (not description) next to the image.
