Image mouseover link stops working when menu is over it

Hello there,
We have noticed that the image mouseover links do not work when the floating menu is displayed over them.
Please verify all images on the last column (far right) => https://www.fundamento.com.br/marketing3/#casesNotice that when you mouseover the images on the last column (far right), the links do not work if the floating menu is right over them.
