Image layers doesnt work when displayed

When importing images using Image Layers these images do not show up when clicking on the Preview button therefore not showing up in the finished slide displayed on the site. When clicking on Previewing slide button I can see all my images and transitions I set up working fine but again does not show up on final slide. There are other glitches I would mention but I would really like to get this problem solved, I like this plugin and would hate to resort to using another plugin to get the results I want. Please I ask for your help as we say in Hawai’i Mahalo (Thank you)
