image keeps popping up

Hello,gosh am i new to all of this,i am trying different themes at the moment but every bloody time i add or create etc a spam or hack comes up across what i am trying to do and i have to close the button,very time wasting and annoying,i right clicked this trash and went to properties and inspected the source and thought i found it,but i have removed the plugin and it’s still there,please help??? thank you

PS you will notice that my domain name has jewellery with 2 LL thats because i am in a different country and with some words we spell things differently
