image is not registered

    I am getting the same error.
    “The profile field type <code>image</code> is not registered.”

    May be it is after updating the wordpress. Because it was working fine till now. And today when I tried to add new field, it gave me this error. Recently I have updated my wordpress to 4.2.2.

    Can anyone please help with this?

    The issue was related to the new way BuddyPress handles XProfile fields. The latest plugin version has this sorted out.
