    Hi,
I have a new WP site and had the missing photo problem on both Mailchimp RSS and Bloglovin’ so installed your plug-in. Today my RSS email didn’t go out. Mailchimp suggested I check my feed status on W3C Feed Validation which showed an error message in the part of my feed that has to do with the coding on the photo in my post. Here is the message pasted below. Can you please tell me if this is a problem with the plug-in and if so, how to resolve it? Thanks so much

  • Hi Jen,

Sorry for my delay. Try using the RSSITEM:CONTENT_FULL in Mailchimp, and if using the Premium Trial/Paid version, uncheck the Media Tag option in the premium options of the plugin, if checked, see if that helps. If you’re using the Premium version, use the plugin options area to submit a support request, we can dig into this more.

We use the plugin extensively with Mailchimp so I know the feed is valid even with those warnings.

The warnings are about additional extra attributes, but our plugin isn’t generating those attributes, perhaps they are related to WordPress adding responsive image support (the srcset attribute); the Premium version supports disabling responsive images for this reason.

    Rob
