Image in no-results.php is too big

    I just put an image into the main text area of the no-results.php that is 300x300px – but the one that is actually shown on the blog is stretched to something along the lines of 635×635. In other pages – e.g. 404.php – the very same picture shows up perfectly fine.

    Is there any css or function that could be responsible for that?
