 * Hi all,
 * Quick question on this importer as I have been reading other posts but it seems
   everyone is doing something differently. For my product import file, I want to
   easily link the images and product content without having to do this manually.
   I gather that in my CSV – I include all of the necessary product information
   and then I have a column labeled “image” and in this column my values should
   be stored either as:
 * imagename.jpg|imagename2.jpg
 * OR
 * [https://storename.com/imagename.jpg](https://storename.com/imagename.jpg)
 * Can someone please clarify?

 * Hello,
 * What are you trying to accomplish? Both are possible, and use different ways
   of attaching the image.
 * The first searches your existing media database for a coressponding image. The
   second imports a new image to your media database and attaches it to the product.
 * So, if your images are external and you have the URL, use that. If you already
   uploaded the images to your media gallery, use the names of these images to find
   and attach them.

 * I’m having issues with importing images. I currently only need one image per
   product. All images are stored in Media Library and show up when I search for
   the name through the interface. So I have a field that contains images named
   as such
 * `XL-PA-IN-01.jpg`
 * and when I try to import this using the local file path, I get an error on every
   image saying that it could not be found. I can’t see why there’s any issue here,
   I’m not doing anything abnormal.
